Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida creates life-changing experiences for all girls ages 8-11 by combining training for a 5K run with important life lessons that encourage healthy habits, self-esteem, positive thinking and an active lifestyle. The result is an awesome way of life for a new generation of girls!
