Heather Senterfitt has over 16 years of progressive experience in the fields of marketing, research, program evaluation, and not-for-profit work. She’s been successfully leading First Coast Focus since 2009. First Coast Focus is a consulting firm offering management and marketing services to small business owners with limited time and staff, helping them to optimize their processes, products, and services.

With her ability to fluently handle multiple tasks, think critically, understand the big picture, and provide unique insights, Heather has developed a highly satisfied and loyal client base. Deeply committed to providing high-quality results in a professional manner, Ms. Senterfitt strives to help businesses grow without overwhelming their budgets or human capital. Ms. Senterfitt has a solid background in coordinating projects and programs, organization, communication, research, and marketing. She served as a consultant to several locally based businesses prior to opening First Coast Focus. In addition, she was the Research Coordinator for the Florida Institute of Education at the University of North Florida for 11 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.

Vicki Winslow is a writer and editor with a background in nonprofit work, particularly education. She writes copy for websites, grants, proposals, and reports, using your company’s personality to create a distinctive voice that matches your brand. Her book for middle readers, Follow the leader, won Bantam Doubleday Dell Books for Young Readers’ Marguerite de Angeli Prize.
